You then know that you are only paying the bills that have been validated and verified by ICE Utilities.
If you are an existing customer you can send us your latest bill and we will let you know if it is correct before you make payment. Because we build a consumption and billing model for each of our customers, when your water supplier changes their rates we will estimate the new annual cost to you and let you know.
